Ever wished you could live with an original piece of art, or enhance your business environment with unique creativity? Now you can! We are thrilled to announce our new Art Rental Program, allowing you to enjoy original paintings by Sonia Siu in your own home, office, gallery, shopping mall, or other collaborative spaces.

How It Works

Diverse Selection

All original paintings displayed on our website are available for rent, with the exception of any pieces specifically marked as "rented until [date]".

Affordable Access

Rent an original painting for just HKD 500 per month.

Enjoy for Longer

The rental period is for a minimum of one fixed year, giving you ample time to connect with the artwork.

Love it? Own it!

There is an option to purchase the artwork you've rented. Please contact us directly to discuss this possibility.

Delivery & Installation

The artwork can be rented worldwide.
The delivery and return transportation fees will be borne by the customer.
Installation of the artwork is entirely up to the customer.

Payment & Security

A deposit equal to 50% of the total fee for the initial one-year rental period (i.e., HKD 3,000) is required upon signing the Rental Agreement.
The remaining 50% (i.e., HKD 3,000) is due upon successful delivery of the artwork.
Subsequent monthly rental fees will be billed accordingly.

Peace of Mind

We will provide insurance coverage for the paintings throughout the rental period. You are also welcome to arrange additional insurance for your own peace of mind if you wish.

Guidelines

Important Points for Our Valued Collectors & Collaborators

To ensure the artwork remains in beautiful condition for everyone to enjoy, please keep the following in mind:

Location

Please display the artwork away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Climate Control

Avoid placing paintings in areas with high humidity, extreme temperature fluctuations, or near heat sources (like radiators or fireplaces).

Handle with Care

Please avoid touching the painted surface directly. When moving the artwork, always handle it by the sides/frame.

No DIY Cleaning

Please do not attempt to clean the artwork yourself using any liquids or materials. If you feel it needs attention, please contact us first.

Accidents Happen

Should any accidental damage occur, please report it to us immediately. The specific procedures and consequences regarding damage are clearly outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Display & Use

For private rentals, the artwork is intended for private display only. For collaborations with offices, galleries, shopping malls, etc., specific usage terms will be discussed and agreed upon. Reproduction for any purpose is prohibited.

Return Condition

We expect paintings to be returned in their original condition, allowing for normal, minor wear that does not detract from the artwork's integrity.
